Updated Resources for Meditation and Support in Challenging Times:
Equanimity is thought to be the ground from which wisdom arises. It is well worth a little investigation!

Here is an article by Gil Fronsdal entitled Equanimity in which he explains the meaning of equanimity and describes seven qualities of mind that support its development.

The following article, Cultivating Equanimity, is from Narayan Liebenson. She describes how to examine equanimity in your practice by exploring the dhammas, or four contrasting conditions that often arise in the human experience. This provides a very practical strategy for exploring equanimity in everyday life.
